Full Yard Cleanup — Mississippi Mills

This property came to Steve through a referral. The previous owners had moved out the prior fall and the yard had been sitting untouched all winter — a full season of leaf accumulation, overgrown beds, and gutters packed with debris.

The new owners wanted a clean slate before moving in. Steve scoped the job, quoted it the same afternoon, and had a crew on-site the following week.

The work covered the full property: all leaves and debris removed from lawn and beds, garden borders re-edged and cleared of weeds, eavestrough cleaned front and back, and a first mow to level the lawn after months of growth.

Total time on-site was just under a full day. The property went from overgrown and tired to ready to live in.
