Complete spring yard cleanup for a property about to go on the market. Old brush removed, rotten leaves, thistle bushes, cedar hedges and a concrete pile removed from the property. Transformed in a day and a half to a much more open yard.
This property came to Steve through a referral. The previous owners had moved out and the property was getting ready to go on the market — Steve saw, planned and worked to clear years of overgrowth.
The owners wanted a clean slate before the property was listed. Steve scoped the job, quoted it the same afternoon, and had a crew on-site the following week.
The work covered the full property: all leaves and debris removed from the backyard lawn, fence line cleaned up and re established, cedar hedges removed and a meticulous rake.
Total time on-site was just over a full day. The property went from overgrown and tired to ready to live in.
